the Dozy Mouse Cottage

The cottage is located right in the center of Herrnbaumgarten next to the community hall and opposite the parish church.

Decorated in country style, it is a neat little residence and consists of 2 bedrooms with either separate entrances or a connecting door, as needed, a spacious kitchen cum dining area, an entrance hall and separate sanitary facilities for each of the bedrooms. The Dozy Mouse Room with its rose-tiled bath gives onto a quiet inner courtyard.

The kitchen cum dining area is a special highlight. Decorated and furnished with loving care, it features all you need to feel at home – refrigerator, electronic oven and stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, tea kettle, table ware and cutlery as well as cooking ware. Every room has its own color with matching curtains and decorations. Satinated bed linen and fluffy towels complete the set.

The whole cottage is furnished in solid natural wood and has a parquet flooring, satellite TV and stereo equipment.

Restricted to non-smokers, it is very well kept.

For relaxing and letting your soul fly there is a garden and pool and a roofed sun terrace.
